Location, Location, LOCATION This comfortable and relaxing two bedroom, two bath condo is ideally situated just a block from the beautiful gulf beaches or from the main boulevard with popular nightlife, entertainment, and some of the best dining on the island. It has a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or favorite beverage while relaxing in the island breezes. You can see a bit of the bay by day, breathtaking sunsets at night, and a spectacular view of the entertainment district at night.

Condo Features Our recently remodeled condo comes with a full kitchen including microwave and a blender for your tropical margaritas. The kitchen includes everything you'd expect, including a washer and dryer. All furnishing are contemporary, including a large white leather couch big enough to sleep on. A high-speed Internet connection (Ethernet) is included.

EVERYTHING within WALKING DISTANCE Two parking spots means you never have to worry about beach parking. You can easily walk to the beach and back to the condo for a snack, lunch, or a dip in the solar-panel heated pool as often as you want. When the sun sets, it is again only a short walk to the bay side for gorgeous sunsets.SORRY, NO PETS and NO SMOKING IN THE CONDO!
