Puerto Penasco villa Rental Property Information
Madre Del Mar Villa, directly on the beach front, in Los Conchas gated community.... Our stairway on our porch takes you directly to the beach and gentle surf. Be our guests at the villa, our concierge can help and accommodate your visit. We accept bookings of 2 persons to a maximum of 26 persons. Our casitas are wonderful for a couple or for a small family of 3-5 persons. Our townhome(s) are comfortable for 6 - 8 persons or you can book the whole villa (all walled in for privacy) for up to 26 persons (with using of sofa beds). There are four units total that make up the whole villa with the two townhomes in front that open up with a center door to create a large home / villa has private secure parking. There are three covered beachfront porches and two second tiered porches that have a stationary umbrella. Free standing fire pit on the main porch and four fireplaces inside. All the ocean and beach fun is here waiting for you. Please read our references that are on this site.

Madre Del Mar, a unique beach front villa......located in a gated community of Los Conchas, American settlement of 500 +homes and villas....on the east side of Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) in the state of Sonora Mexico about a 3-4 hour drive from Phoenix or Tucson. (flights now available from L.A.) Madre Del Mar is set apart from the busy crowed resort areas. Here you can enjoy the peace and beauty of the beach while listening to the gentle surf and enjoying the soft breezes. Our villa is special too for taking the time and attention to be of service to you while you are here as our guests. We have concierge services and can book for you catering of meals, fishing trips, kayaks, catamaran cruises, SPA treatments, Beauty Treatments, golf, snorkeling, bird island boat trips, and much more for your enjoyment. - $125-175.00 a night for a small family, up to 5 persons traveling economically... a casita is great at a value. Casitas are a large studio apt setting with all amenities and two queen beds plus sofa. All windows have beach and ocean views.
$300-375.00a night a town home that is 1500 square feet, two bedrooms / 2 bathrooms plus sofas, sleeps up to 8 persons comfortably. All amenities, ON THE BEACH FRONT. All Bedrooms and great room have beach and ocean views.
$900-1,200 a night for both townhomes and both casitas. Whole villa can sleep up to 24 persons comfortably.
Whole villa combined has 4,000 sq feet of living space plus a large courtyard with BBQ under roof with light for night BBQ's

Weddings Your wedding can be beautiful and intimate here at our villa. We can accommodate up to 50 persons for your wedding party event with beach front porch seating on two tiers. Our wedding planner can assist you with your details. Cost of using our facilities for your wedding or your wedding reenactment are additional to the cost of renting our villa for your stay. All wedding parties carry an additional cost depending on the size of the wedding party itself. For best choices of times to pick from for your wedding..... always book where your wedding will be held first .... as this way you will not be disappointed and have to pick a different place or a different date.
Family Reunions!!! We love family reunions as our family is la large one so we know what will please you for your stay. We can book a chef to cook all your meals, serve and clean up. We can book spa treatments to come right here to the villa....from facials, massages, pedicures and manicures. Plus sailing trips, bird Island or evening cruses, fishing trips, whale watching, jet skis, kayaks, horseback riding, exercise theropist, para sailing, golf and more for your family fun, plus there are a couple of local side trips that we can take you to for a day away. Relation and bonding is what family reunions are all about and you will enjoy your stay with us and have fun. We also have phones to call back to the states at no cost to you, Wireless Internet access, TV and more for your comfort zones. Our event planner can take care of all your needs...... just give us a call.
Skiing Information: Jet Sking can be booked ahead for a special time for your group..... we just need to know the details of what your wanting. Jet Ski's hold up to three persons and can be booked for as little as one hour.
Golf Information: Our event planner can set up your golf T time for you at one of the resorts on Sandy Beach if you wish for some special time for your special game. let us know when your booking your stay and we will take care of it for you.
