Ride the train to the Grand Canyon, hike, fish, sight-see, go shopping in novelty shops, eat at fabulous restaurants, meanwhile relaxing in an 1100 sq. ft. bungalow with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy fireplace. Williams is the shortest route from I-40 to the Grand Canyon, and at an elevation of just under 7,000 feet, it is a great escape in all seasons. The average summer high temperatures are in the low 80’s. Williams is listed in the National Register of Historic places as most of the buildings were constructed in the early 1900’s. Williams has an abundance of ‘things’ to do.
