Pochomil villa Rental Property Information

This beach front, tropical jungle paradise property of 1.3 Acres JUST FOR YOUR OWN TOTAL PRIVACY, is located only 1 hour away from Managua, and within the unspoiled resort area called Pochomil Viejo. The villa we rent is constructed on a small hill of the same property, so it has panoramic ocean view. A large terrace with fans, hammocks, seating area and bar, provides confort and breath taking view of the sunsets. AC dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The property is covered with tropical gardens, coconut trees, exotic flowers, and its great for bird watching. In the pool you'll get the feeling you're in an oasis, with peace and nature all around. A wooden bridge across a fresh water stream leads to the sand and ocean, only steps away. Once there, you can swim, surf, or relax in one of the many natural rock formed ponds. There's also a horse free to use for your errands, visits to town, fish market or a fun stroll. Our caretakers will asist you, cook and clean.

Cooking The house keeper and the cleaning-cooking lady have a great disposition for service. Fish, shrimp, lobters and other sea products can be bought at the local town. They will gladly be prepared by our cook. If needed, we can advise you on the basis food to take to the beach. You should suply your own food to be prepared by us.
