Just off the kitchen and master bedrooms go through the doors onto the 8x50 foot deck. Sit on the deck and relax or stroll through the back yard to the 20x20 foot private dock on the crystal clear Songo River. Sit on the dock and watch the Songo River Queen II go by or the parade of boat traffic. Swing in the hammock over the sandy bottom cove. Barbecue and lawn furniture out back to enjoy the wooded lot & river.

Naples is located in the heart of the Lakes Region. The Songo River gives boat access to Brandy Pond, Long Lake and Lake Sebago. It is known for its summer activities and there are many. Visitors to Naples must experience a ride on the Songo River Queen II. Take a ride in a seaplane. Marinas in Naples rent Boats and personal watercraft. They also are sure to check out the variety of restaurants and shops that make Naples a wonderful place to visit. Naples has The State Park with its beautiful beaches. Other summer activities include camping, hiking, mini-golf or just “hanging out” on the Causeway. Just 15 minutes away in Bridgton there is a 2 screen Drive-In Movie Theater. There are 2 public 18-hole golf courses. In Naples there is always plenty to see and do. Off-season in Naples can be an even better time to visit. Winter sports such as cross country skiing, ice-skating; snowshoeing and snowmobiling keep locals and visitors busy. Nearby Shawnee Peak has beautiful ski slopes.

Local Activities Lots to do and see in the area. Plenty of shopping from gift shops to antiquing to the outlets in nearby tax free North Conway NH. Cafes, restaurants and gift shops as well as the Songo River Queen II, and a seaplane ride, line the colorful Naples Causeway. Water activities abound the late spring, summer and early fall. Local Marinas rent boat and personal watercraft. State Park in Naples has the beautiful Songo Beach. Drive-In Movie Theater in Bridgton 15 minutes away. There are two 18-hole golf courses and a driving range within 2 miles of the house. There is mini golf on the causeway. Fryeburg Country Fair runs from September 30, 2007 through October 7, 2007 and has been in operation for over 150 years. Distance to Portland is 30 miles away, 35 miles to North Conway’s outlet shopping. Nearby ski slopes include Sunday River just 35 miles away and Skiing at Shawnee Peak is just 8 miles. Nearby Seacoast Fun Park in Windham just 10 miles away has go karts, bumper boats, arcade.

At Home Unwind in the hammock gently swinging over the sandy cove or sit on or by the dock with your favorite beverage and watch the Songo Queen II River Boat and a parade of boats go by. Tie up your rental boat to the L shaped 20’x20’ aluminum dock with access to Sebago Lake, Brandy Pond and Long Lake. Have a relaxing barbecue in the back yard or kayak the river. Fish for trout or salmon along the river or in the lake. This is a family oriented location. Great for families with children!
