Master Bth has separate extra large soaking tub, large shower, & double sinks. 2nd full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher,disposal,pantry & skylight. Washer/dryer room, fenced backyard,paved driveway with carport for your boat, car, rec vehicle, cable 2 TV's,DVD,CD. 1 small pet on approval, non smoking only. Quiet street. Nice wind protected fenced backyard. For additional photos and a view of the beautiful uncrowded world class beach of Bandon.

Further Details for the house in Oregon, USA

Rate policy Half of basic rate is due when reserving and must be paid within two weeks of confirmation date along with a signed application. Final payment, remaining rent plus tax, must be paid at least two weeks before arrival date. A separate $300.00 check for damage security deposit must accompany your final payment and is refundable depending how the home is left.

Cancellation Policy If you cancel more than two months and we find another renter, 80% is refundable, otherwise 50% is refundable. Full refund is if we have to cancel.

Pet Policy Small pets (under 25#), $10/night
