Katama cottage Rental Property Information

Perfect for a large family or group. Charming recently renovated cottage is located just minutes from Edgartown, and within biking distance to South Beach in Katama. The home sits in a lovely much desired enclave of Edgartown Estates, on a very private lot with lovely perennial gardens, and a wonderful backyard. There is a farmer's porch in front, and a screened in porch on the side of the house. The Cook's Kitchen is a well equipped modern kitchen with granite counters, and all the amenities you would need to entertain. Two washer dryers on the property. A full unfinished basement. Lovely Den can act as a TV room, and an extra sleeping room. There are four large bedrooms, Two with King Size beds, One Queen, and one with two Twins. There are two and a half bathrooms, and an outdoor shower. There is also a garage with bikes and a full basement for kids.
