Panama City Beach townhome Rental Property Information

Welcome to our site! The amazing thing about this two bedroom townhouse condo is that it is 1863 square feet and is much more spacious than many three bedroom units. There are three balconies with the one off the den/dining room being about 400 square feet. Two of the balconies overlook the lagoon and eight hole of a par nine golf course. It is truly beautiful. A covered bridge crosses Front Beach Road to take you to the famous Lagoon Pool, water falls, palm trees, beach and ocean. A plus for our condo is it is in easy walking distance from this bridge. A shuttle also runs very frequently. The master bedroom has king-size bed and queen-size sleeper sofa. This room is large and also has a garden tub. There is a nice closet in this room as well as two sinks. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed and sleeper chair (sleeps one). This room also has full bath and large walk in closet. The den has a queen-size sleeper sofa and full bath off of it. All of this furniture was purchased in 2003.

Our condo is conveniently located within the property of Edgewater Beach Resort. This gated community continues to be one of the premier resorts on Panama City Beach. The safe environment and the luxurious surroundings create a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Our condo adds to this relaxation because it is so spacious and nicely furnished. Also, we are located in the 200 building which is about 100 yards from the walk over bridge to the beach. We like it because you are a little distance away from the 'strip' where there can be noise.
