It has an open floor plan with the kitchen, living and dining area open to 2nd floor deck with a beautiful view of the beach. The Master bedroom and two third floor bedrooms also walk out to the over 700 square ft of deck space. It has great views the beach and ocean from its many windows. There is ample parking and a large backyard. This is a premium home with hardwoods and amenities you would expect like central air-conditioning. Most importantly, it is 50 yards from one of the state’s best beaches.

This is where the ferry leaves to go to Block Island. The famed seaside town of Newport is 15 minutes away, Providence and its weekend water fires are about 40 minutes away, and two casinos in Connecticut are within 30 minutes.
