Our home has been newly painted. There are two outside patios. The front patio faces the lagoon and the back patio (brick with table, benches, umbrella, lounge chairs, barbecue grill and firepit) faces the ocean. There is a fireplace in the living room and a communal pool (at the south end of the complex) is available to our renters.

On the Sand Our home faces an unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside and the lagoon. Three bedrooms and the front patio share this view. The back patio faces the ocean and is on the sand. The upper master bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen have an ocean view. There is a fireplace in the living room. Washer and dryer are located in the laundry room. Dialup internet access is available at the house and wireless internet is available at the Homeowners Office (a short drive)

Other Activities Golf is available within 8 miles of the house at the Baja Country Club. There are tennis courts south of the house, not fancy, but playable. Baja Mama's Restaurant is open Wednesday through Saturday from 4:00pm to 10:00pm and Sunday Brunch. The long stretch of road is perfect for biking or scootering. Beach is great for kite flying. Just a short drive away is The Bufadora where you can sample churros and purchase all sorts of wares. Take a tour of the winery north of Ensenada. Ask for directions to the kayaking spot featured in the Los Angeles Times. Go bird watching in the bird sanctuary and look for one clawed crabs in the lagoon before dusk. Roast marshmallows in the fire pit on the patio and have a margarita while the sun sets.
