  • Summer 2010 Season Off Peak Rate
  • This property is one half of a duplex. The other half is a 2 bedroom side that is also available for rent. The decor and condition of this unit is equal to the three bedroom side. Many families rent both side and invite their extended families on vacation. The in-laws can visit you and your family but retreat to the other separate unit at the end of the day. Please contact me for more details.
  • We ask that at the end of your stay, please leave the house as clean as you received it. If you would like us to arrange for someone else to clean, there will be an additional charge of $75.00.

    We will consider small/medium sized dogs on a case by case basis. Please e-mail me to discuss. An extra $100 will be added to the required security deposit for the dog. We do not charge an extra fee for dogs. This will save you a weekly boarding charge of over $350.

  • This bathroom is small but it does the trick. We personally clean the entire house before each guest arrives. We do not have a cleaning services because we feel that we do a much better job at cleaning. You will see our personal touches throughout the house.

  • Each Bedroom is nicely appointed with a double bed (new mattresses as of 2009), dresser, night stand, lamp and a individual room fan. All guests need to bring their personal linens and beach gear. Blankets and pillows are provided if you get cold at night from the sea breezes. There is a local company that provides linens and beach gear rentals at very reasonable rates. We can give you their information if you are interested.
