Marsh Harbour house Rental Property Information

Looking for tranquility? A PRIVATE beachfront paradise? Incredible natural beauty? Located ON the main island of Abaco, north of Marsh Harbour, this three bedroom, three bathroom, two kitchen/living room home (upstairs is one bed/one bath kitchen/living and downstairs two bed/two bath kitchen/living) offers spacious accommodations on a white sugar sand beach, complete with coral reef right out the front door. At the reef are turtles, lobster, colorful fish and an eel named 'Charlie'. Bedrooms and living rooms all overlook the spectacular turquoise blue Abaco Sea. Did we mention skinny dipping as an option? Like fishing? Snorkeling? Have a boat? Docking is available. Marsh Harbour is 20 minutes by car, 15 by boat, Treasure Cay is10 minutes by car or 3 by boat. At the house we have provided - snorkel equipment, fishing equipment, and a Sunfish. There are many quaint towns with excellent restaurants and shopping to visit on Abaco or other fun towns that are just a short ferry ride away.

Privacy, peace, and tranquility on a private beach is what I love! Fishing, snorkeling, beach combing, sailing, enjoying the stars while swaying on the hammock, swimming, or basking in the warm Caribbean sun are at your front door. Just a short drive or boat ride away all restaurants, shops, and live music are at your demand. It's paradise just waiting to be enjoyed! Life is good!! Michelle

  • Check around, this is a great deal for a great place I charge $2000 per week for the whole house (6 people- $100 for each additional person) which is 3 bedrooms with king size beds/3 bath, 2 fully equipped kitchens, and 2 living rooms. There are 2 sleeper sofas, one in each living room. All the bedrooms and living rooms overlook the sugar white sand beach and turquoise sea. You are directly on the beach, 100 feet from your back door to the Caribbean Sea.
    For a smaller group you may rent the downstairs only. It is 2 bed/2bath with kitchen and living room. I charge $1700 per week (4 people- $100 per extra person) for it. The Mermid penthouse suite upstairs is a 1bed/1bath with fully equipped kitchen that goes for $1200 per week ( 2 people).** For privacy I rent to only one group at a time, whatever their accommodations may be.** If you rent for 4 weeks I discount the price 25% so it is like getting one week free. Check in time is 3p.m. Check out is 10a.m. Repeat guests get a discount.

Notes:

It is a great place for family or a romantic getaway. Smoking outside only. Pets depending how well behaved and there is a pet deposit also. Telephone is first minutes on my account then phone cards are available. I supply the first 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 paper towels and some laundry soap to get you started. There are spices and condiments but they come and go between guests. It is my home away from home so I try to make it as comfortable as possible.
