Great Exuma house Rental Property Information

Beautiful beach-front private home, consisting of five bedrooms and three full baths. The Exuma Beach House, which we call 'Calypso,' is a 2300 square single story house, with a second floor deck and observatory providing unsurpassed views of the ocean and beach. The house is composed of two separate wings which are joined by a common outdoor courtyard. The entire house is centrally air conditioned. Calypso is a magnificent vacation spot and maintains all the amenities necessary for a truly fantastic vacation, including an indoor bar area. The rear of the house faces the ocean and is framed by a wall of glass consisting of three sets of eight-foot wide sliding glass doors which provide panoramic views of the beach and ocean. Just beyond the sliding glass doors is a sun deck including lounge chairs and a swing. The house is literally steps from the beach.

The Exuma Beach House is located 3 miles from the Airport and only 2 miles from the Four Seasons Resort, Golf Club, Casino and Marina. The Four Seasons Resort has several new restaurants, the Greg Norman Golf Course, a large Marina and a new Casino. Of course, the facility also contains a day Spa (call the Spa in advance of your arrival for reservations).

  • The main section of the house is contained on the south side of the courtyard and is composed of three bedrooms, two full baths and the living room (including a 36inch TV, cable and DVD player), dining room, kitchen, bar area and access to the second floor observatory. The master bedroom has a queen bed, its own private bath, another TV (with cable) and sliding glass doors facing the ocean which step out onto the sun deck. Bedroom two has a queen bed. Bedroom three has bunk beds. The north side of the house is a stand alone unit which contains bedrooms four and five. Bedroom four is very large (12' x 24') and contains two queen beds and another TV (with cable). Bedroom Five is a very small bedroom with a single/twin bed. There is another full bath, along with a washer and dryer, on this side of the house.

Further Details for the house in the Bahamas

The house is approximately two miles from the new Four Seasons Golf and Spa Resort, Casino and Marina. The golf course is a Greg Norman designed course. The Casino just opened. A brand new grocery store nearby stocks all the items you will need for a vacation, but you will certainly want to eat out and some of the new restaurants.
