Falmouth house Rental Property Information

We offer a relaxing vacation home that is clean and comfortable for our guests. In addition to many recent updates to the interior, we've created a comfortable outdoor dining and grilling area. The backyard is private and grassy, shaded by three beautiful oak trees. In the back shed you'll find a variety of recreational items, including bikes, a wagon, beach chairs and an umbrella. Just a quick drive and you've got great access to several award winning golf courses. Perfect for your vacation! If you feel like just hanging around, enjoy cable television, a dvd player, stereo, family games and plenty of books for your reading pleasure! Or, if you can't completely get away from it all, bring your laptop and connect to our wireless internet service. The washer and dryer are located in the basement, which is easily accessed from within the house.

Johnson Street is around the corner from Worcester Court, which is one of the main access ways to Falmouth Heights Beach. You get the benefits of close proximity to the beach with the privacy of a small, quiet neighborhood. Falmouth Heights Beach is a short walk of about 4/10ths of a mile from the house. The house is ideally located, convenient not only to the beach but you can also walk to the Island Queen Ferry if you’re planning to visit Martha’s Vineyard, the Pier 37 boat docks, ice cream stands, restaurants and lots more! Several award wining public golf courses are a quick drive, including Ballymeade and Cape Cod Country Club.

More about the house and golfing.... This house best suits either one family with 2-3 children, two families with 1-2 young children in each family, or a group of not more than six adults. Families with small children are welcome to use the assortment of baby/toddler gear we offer, including two portable high chairs/booster chairs, two full sized cribs, two toddler bedrails, and a pack n play. Some of the local golf courses you may want to consider visiting during your vacation include Cape Cod Country Club or Ballymeade.

About the yard..... The yard is very shady during the summer months. The backyard is shaded by three large oak trees and the front yard is shaded by a beautiful tall maple tree.
