The main floor has a full kitchen, separate eating area and living room. Enjoy the cozy, gas burning stove after a day in the mountains. A full size futon couch in the living room provides comfortable sleeping for extra guests. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom and second bedroom, both with queen size beds. Upstairs also has the bathroom and a full size washer and dryer.

Outdoor activities The Yampa River is only about 1/2 mile away and is a haven for fly fishing, kayaking and tubing. A paved bike path starts just two blocks away from the townhouse and follows the Yampa River all the way into downtown Steamboat. A wonderful way to explore the town, and see the sites during the warmer months. Our 12 year old and her friends often ride the bike path to the hot springs pool in downtown Steamboat. The city's free shuttle bus stops a few yards away from the Townhouse and takes you to the base of the ski mountain and back again at the end of the day. Other nearby fun activities include skiing, hiking, horse back riding, Cross Country skiing, alpine slide, ice skating, sledding, and much more.
