This home has satellite television and internet access, air-conditioning, and a 2 car garage. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs; one with 2 full beds, and another with 2 bunk beds. The lower Master Bedroom is huge - it has 1 full bed, and 2 twin beds at the opposite end, and a private bathroom. Both levels have decks and interior views facing the forest. The cozy main floor of the house features a wood burning stove; the house is also heated by a forced air furnace and auxiliary electric base board radiators. Even in comfort, you won't confuse this comfortable home with anything other than a peaceful mountain home. The main floor living area is nothing but country peace!

The house is located in Mi-Wuk Village California. It is off state highway 108 between Twain Harte and Sierra Village. Dodge Ridge is 25 minutes away in normal traffic. The closest larger City is Sonora, about 20 miles downhill. San Francisco and the bay area are 156 miles west. Pinecrest Lake is about 20 minutes away, and Lake Don Pedro is about 35 minutes away. The entrance to Yosemite National Park is about 90 minutes away.

The location is on a quiet cul-de-sac which gets very little vehicle traffic, and is not crowded by other houses on any side. The two car garage entrance in front of the house is on a nearly level plane with the street for easy access. The rear of the lot drops down and eventually borders the Forest, so the ridge and valley views are outstanding. The house is cozy, maintained with great care, and newly re-modeled.
