We accept long term renters during the winter season. 6 steps lead into our first floor unit. Four units are in the building, ours being a first floor, however the unit above is not a rental unit. It is very quiet.

Golf and Tennis Resort Kiawah Island is a highly acclaimed Golf and Tennis resort, hosting major tournaments in both sports.

The Beach The beach at Kiawah is very wide and flat, and is 11 miles in length. At low tide the beach is as wide as a football field is long!!!l

The Maritime Forest and Marshes We have 28 miles of paved bike paths which wind through beautiful maritime forest, marshes and open areas. The Kiawah River also winds through the island.
