Luxury Villa. Palace in Wonderland is one of the few holiday villas’ to have gained the prestigious rental agents platinum rating at Windwood Bay. This is due to the no expense spared fittings, fixtures, furniture, accommodation, games room and leisure facilities, seven TVs including a large 55 inch screen TV, DVD, and VCR. Included are free local, long distance, and international phone calls. Also, there is extensive garden landscaping. Our local management agent is located only 2 minutes away where our guests have FREE use of their computer cyber cafe and refreshments. Palace in Wonderland offers a spacious relaxing family room with 55' large screen TV, DVD, CD stereo, or enjoy yourselves in the upstairs den with 36 inch TV, PlayStation 2 with games, karaoke machine with discs, board games and books. If you are looking for peace and quiet, chill out in our spacious and quiet entrance lounge.

Luxury sleeping and facilities. Sleeping at Palace in Wonderland is as comforting as can be, with two king-size master bedroom suites, one with a Jacuzzi spa tub, a third downstairs queen-size suite and two twin bedded rooms. The sofas in the den or the lounge can be converted to queen-size sleepers as required. All bedrooms are furnished to the same high standard, all have cable TV (1x26', 2x20', 2x14') ceiling fans and alarm clock radios. All bed linen and towels are provided and all four bathrooms have toilet, bath, shower and all have hair dryers. The sports themed games room has a fabulous full-size eight-foot pool table and Foosball/football table, air hockey table, relax at the bar stools and table and look at the stunning full size sports stars murals while waiting for your turn to play. The games room has two baseball themed ceiling fans to keep you cool while playing.

Luxury location. The gardens are well maintained with the front, rear and large side garden landscaped with tropical plants, shrubs and palms. Additionally, privacy in the pool area has been maximized by surrounding the screened area with tropical flora. (Photos taken soon after landscaping in Feb 2006 so are well established now). The enhanced pool design has two waterfalls, fiber optic multi-colored lighting, sun shelf and raised bubbling spa. The sun-drenched South/West facing extended landscaped pool deck area gives sunshine right through to sunset and gives ample space to play around the sparkling pool, relax on the sun loungers or dine al-fresco under the shaded lanai area. The main highway, Interstate 4, is only a few minutes away where you can drive to Disney Theme Parks within ten minutes and visit a multitude of shops, restaurants, shows and absorb the vibrant Florida lifestyle and sunshine.
