Dock has Trex decking, kiddie pool, ladder, nice swimming area and covered dining area. 2 Kayaks are included, there is an excellent natural area close by to kayak. Please bring plenty of beach towels to use on the dock! Access inside boathouse prohibited. Smoking allowed on exterior decks and patios only. No smoking in the house or alarm will sound! No pets please. Property is not suitable for bicycles, there is a slope toward the lake. Icemaker out of order. Pls. bring ice.
