Further Details for the house in New Hampshire, USA

Waterfront - great fishing right on the lake!, 4 miles from golf course, 10 minutes from Winnipesaukee/Weirs Beach/shopping, 40 minutes from White Mountain National Forest Note: Above the garage, which is a separate dwelling from the house, is an apartment, where my tenant lives. Have know him for years. Works a lot, so not home much. Does not spend time there, other than in his apartment. Very nice person. Keeps to himself.
