Delta house Rental Property Information

Located in the Heart of Colorado Wine country and on the Banks of the Gunnison River, our two guest homes and events hall are in easy driving distance to the quaint towns of Cedaredge, Paonia, Hotchkiss, & Crawford with their many wineries, artisans, galleries and antique shops. In our rural riverside setting we are surrounded by mountains and only 15 minutes to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. There are many Live Music Venues and festivals. Archeological sites abound and there is great wildlife and bird viewing. Two Golf courses are near and The Gunnison is a gold medal river out the front door.

We are fortunate to be located in an area that has a culture of artisans, authors, musicians and outdoorsmen. There are many antique shops and wine tours through Buffalo & Elk Ranches. Wildlife and birds abound. Gold medal fishing is at the front door. We have great mountain & road biking. We also have hiking, hunting, music festivals, and rafting. Two golf courses are near by. Camp fire pits, and much more is available.

  • $ 200 to $300 per night, 2 night minimum, 6 guests per home, extra guests are $10
  • Maximum guests are 8 per home. With home rental RVs are $20 per site, Maximum 4 guests per RV. Camping is $10/ couple. A minimum $250 Deposit is required on reservation. We offer a full refund for cancellations up to 90 days prior to your reservation date. Half refund up to 30 days prior to your reservation date. No refund within 30 days of your reservation date. The River home is not suitable for toddlers due to its proximity to the Gunnison River. Air conditioning is the swamp cooler which works quite well in this dry climate. We are 5 minutes to a Safeway and a Super WalMart.
