Association Fees 1. During the winter months, from Labor Day to Memorial day, the charge is $25.00 per vehicle. This fee will give you a key card that will allow you to enter the gated community. 2. During summer months the entrance fee is only $20.00 per vehicle (for key card.) In addition, (for summer months) there is a $25.00 fee per week-per person for a pool/activity pass, OR $7.50 per day-per person (if staying a shorter time) for a pool/activity pass. You will need to have these passes in order to use the facilities. These pool/activity pass fees are mandatory from Arrowhead Lakes Association.

Other Information SHEETS: You may bring your own, or use provided sheets. If provided sheets are not folded and washed, additional charge will apply. Must be 25 or older to rent. No smoking allowed. Pets are negotiable. No young puppies allowed!
