Winter Park Retreat is a 5 bedroom plus study, 3.5 bathroom, 4100 sq ft ski house located 10 min. from the slopes of the Winter Park Ski Resort. The home is built on the hillside in an exclusive development of 6 homes with gorgeous views of the Continental Divide and many of the ski runs. There is a gas fireplace, 52 in. HDTV as well as several other TVs, cable TV, high speed wireless internet, 6-8 person outdoor hot tub under the stars, and built-in stereo speakers in most rooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with Dacor appliances, washer and drier, and 5 car 1500 sq ft attached garage.
