The guarantee is FREE for travelers (from HomeAway, not this property owner) and provides up to $5,000 of payment protection so you can rest easy and rent with confidence.
    You can also book directly through us and provide us with your credit card details if you are not set up on PayPal (we've been with the HomeAway group of websites since 2004 and have processed hundreds of credit card payments directly). You can still qualify for the HomeAway Rental Guarantee by filling out the appropriate form.

Property management office is located in same complex and can help with tour bookings, providing maps, details of area. Wi-Fi Internet 4MB/s shared for the building (over 25 units - but it is hit and miss as to how many are using the Internet at any point in time). Works well for checking e-mails a couple times a day, probably not for having a Skype phone call.

Why Tamarindo? Central to so many things (Tours, Restaurants, Groceries, Beaches) This is the town in the Pacific North West of Costa Rica for being able to find and plan activities. Other coastal towns in the area don't have nearly as much to offer in the way of activities, restaurants, etc. Tamarindo is one of the top tourist destinations in the country. It is large enough to keep families, surfers, nightlife seekers, all happy.
