Don Bowden, built by Canadian contractors and all imported first class materials, makes this house a perfect place to retire, enjoy as a private heaven or using it as the perfect vacation home in paradise. Sit down and enjoy the view that others only see in their mind. Walk slowly through the living room, the dining room, and under the vaulted ceilings and ponderous concrete cross beams. What planning and construction to bind together such an edifice of this size. Slide you hand across the smooth Brazilian, black granite counter tops. Exotic tropical hardwood cabinets holding chinaware or just for storage, all in cristobal wood and other uniquely textured fine tropical woods. This house is an unusual find, and anyone living here, unusually privileged.
The main level of this magnificent house rises over the landscape, as glass-enclosed rooms frame stunning views that stretch out in all directions. The house encompasses four bedrooms in total. The first level of the house has an open social area made of a family TV – living room, large dining room and extra large and comfortable gourmet kitchen. This level encompasses two bedrooms; one is located next to the TV room and has enough space for two queen size beds, walk-in closet and nice bathroom with shower. The bedroom has glass doors that connect this area with the magnificent garden and then with the pool. The second bedroom is located next to the kitchen; this is a private bedroom with space for two individual beds and a nice bathroom with shower. This bedroom has direct access to the covered terrace and pool area.
The second level of the house is made by the extra large master bedroom which encompasses a large walk-in closet, enormous master bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi and a private terrace to enjoy the sunsets every afternoon. This floor has also another large bedroom with enough space for a king size bed, private terrace, closet area and nice bathroom with shower.
