Manati lies tucked away approximately 40 min North West of San Juan beyond the beaten tourist trail. Our condo is fully furnished with all the amenities. There are very few places like this left on the island where one can experience the natural beauty of Puerto Rico far from the maddening crowds. Our first floor condominium lies within a safe, secure gated community. Relax and enjoy the beach through a private access or sit back and relax on our deck overlooking the beach. Along with the ocean breeze our unit is equipped with central air and ceiling fans through out. Enjoy the outdoor shower for washing off all the fun from the beach.

    Check in time is 3 PM and check out time is 10 AM. Please contact us about the possibility of early check in or late check out several days prior. We try to be accommodating, but depending on the season, it may not be possible. There is a late fee of $25.00 per hour after 10 AM. Please remember our cleaning people need to prepare and clean the condo for others to enjoy.
  • All notices of cancellations, for any reasons, are to be made in writing. When a request is received more than 60 days prior to the rental date, all attempts will be made to re-rent the property. If the property is re-rented a $100.00 service fee will be deducted and the balanced refunded. If the property is not re-rented all deposits and rental fees will be forfeited. If the cancellation request is less than 60 days all deposits are forfeited except security deposit.
