Property Description Beautiful mist-shrouded mountain views surrounding you in this delightful 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Townhome located directly on the Marina in Hawaii Kai. This single level town home is very private, quiet and secure (guarded entry) and is located within minutes to beautiful beaches, water activities, restaurants, day spas, fitness center and shopping centers. Attached parking so no big parking lots to walk through or confusing condo complexes to figure out. A short drive to beautiful snorkeling at Hanauma Bay or boogie boarding at Sandy Beach. Also a short drive to the excitement, shopping and restaurants of Waikiki Beach, Diamond Head and Kahala. Many restaurants are within minutes including Roys, Outback Steakhouse, Assagio (Italian), Phoenix (Chinese) and the Blue Water Grill, and a number of small ethnic eat-ins or carry-outs to name a few. Safeway and Longs Drugstore are also right here in Hawaii Kai.

Lanai and Kitchen This town home has a very large lanai directly on the marina. Walk out the sliding glass doors to your own private lanai. You and can fish right off your deck for a chance at catching your own dinner or step down to your private boat dock. You are sure to enjoy the resident ducks that are frequent visitors to the dock looking to entertain you while you are enjoying breakfast or an evening drink on the lanai. Decorated in a contemporary Hawaiian whimsical, fun and relaxing style this town home has been newly remodeled with tile and new furnishings throughout. The fully equipped kitchen with a new stainless side by side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, stove and microwave will allow you to cook at your leisure or prepare pupu's (appetizer) for the end of the day. The guest bedroom is also decorated in island motif has a queen bed, flat screen TV, with a separate bath in the hall right next to it. There is only sleeping for 4. A king and a queen bed. Arrangements are best suited for two couples or a couple and 1 or 2 younger children. The unit also has attached covered parking and plenty of guest parking.
