The house is nestled in the bluffs overlooking historic Lewis and Clark Lake. Everything that you could want to do on a vacation or a retreat is located at Yankton, South Dakota. No matter what you are looking for, you will find it nearby. Surf, sand and sun, festivals, fine dining, historic attractions, and small town hospitality and values. The house is named Gavins Point Lighthouse because of its decor. This house also includes an outdoor firepit for campfires. NOTE: Lewis and Clark Lake is the second largest tourist attraction in South Dakota.
