It is within a minute's walk to a 12-mile stretch of beach, and is close to the bike paths that run almost the entire length of the island. Top-rated golf and world-class tennis are also close by. Boasted as 'the best in Palmetto Dunes,' Barrington has a beautiful pool with a spa and sun deck. The pool and spa are heated throughout the year. From the private balcony of our first-floor villa, you will enjoy watching the lagoon and its wildlife. See an egret wading in the water, a heron sweeping down, an occasional red cardinal, or listen to a woodpecker close by.

Our villa has recently been refurnished and decorated throughout. The bedroom has a walk-in closet and is furnished with a king-size bed and an entertainment center containing a TV/DVD. The bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. The living room has a queen-size sofa bed, matching love seat, and a chair, as well as a TV/VCR also housed in an entertainment center. The dining area seats four and overlooks the lagoon. There are two stools at an eating bar overlooking the fully-equipped kitchen. There is a large, half bathroom and a laundry area containing a washer/dryer. Ceiling fans are installed in the bedroom and living room. Please note that this is a ground-floor villa, but it has 7 steps leading to the entry door.

Palmetto Dunes is a semi-tropical, oceanfront, vacation resort, ideal for total relaxation and an infinite variety of year-round activities. Come and enjoy the natural charm and beauty of Hilton Head Island, known for its world-class beaches, championship golf and tennis, and Low Country heritage.
