Hunter, NY Snow/ Ski guarantee............ If the weather forecast or slope conditions makes skiing poor the reservation may be rescheduled for alternate weekend which is open for booking. The owner must be notified within 24 hours of check-in, and cancellation must be based on the forecast current at the time of cancellation. Holiday weekends may be excluded as alternate dates.

Snow/Ski guarantee (ask for details) The dates for the rental can be changed without penalty up to 48 hours prior to check-in in the event that weather forecast is poor for skiing. The deposit is non-refundable but will be applied to the alternate date which is chosen from available dates by the renter
