The Blue Lagoon House of Lake Lure / Chimney Rock are within walking distance of the Beach of Lake Lure. You can swim, fish, rent a boat, dive, golf, go to the spa, and enjoy a mountain hike. It is only one mile from downtown Chimney Rock where you will find quaint shops, as well as Chimney Rock Park. The backyard of this house overlooks a lagoon which opens into Lake Lure. Go for a walk on the Lake Lure boardwalk, and enjoy the beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Walk for about 5 minutes and you will arrive at the Lake Lure Inn Spa. Explore the Biltmore house or head to Grove Park Inn Spa, which is located 1/2 hour away in Asheville, North Carolina. Enjoy a day trip at the nearby ski resort. This house is a great escape during any season!!!
