Very Private This property is NOT a condo! It is the first floor of a two-story house. It is very private and away from it all, yet not so away from it all that you can't be in the hustle and bustle of St. Thomas within 20 minutes. You have a private entry from the off-street parking area as well as a private balcony and sitting area. There are two additional decks steps away from your door for lounging, sunning or exercising.
