The floor and shower is travertine with its own door to the pool, which may be used as the pool bath. Bedroom two is carpeted with a queen-size bed, night stands, reading lamps, and an alarm clock radio. A sitting bench finishes the room. The closet is complete with drawers. Near by is the bathroom with a shower/tub combination done in travertine along with new fixtures. The third bedroom contains a day bed and is finished with carpet, alarm clock radio, and a desk and chair. All linens and bedding are new.

Just down the street is a new walkway that takes you down below the street and away from the traffic to nearly an endless walking or riding path. Surrounded by grass and trees. This path is part of the McCormick ranch trail system. And it is quite nice and beautiful.
