Ocean City townhome Rental Property Information

Beautiful Ocean City NJ Townhouse just 1.5 very short blocks from the beach. Walking distance to all the 34th Street playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, etc + supermarket, drug store, Wawa etc. Outside shower and off street parking for 3 cars. We supply all the basics (except food), i.e. dishwasher detergent, soaps, napkins, paper towels, etc. We also guarantee a spotless house b/c the owner supervises its cleaning. This is a beautiful townhouse. My renters love it and come back time and again. One of the most important elements is that you won't have other renters above or below you and you rarely hear those on either side b/c of the thick walls. Also, you won't ever have to worry about parking. Ocean City is full of things to do and we will leave you schedules of all. Atlantic City is just 20 minutes away also. We know you will love this beach house.

Rent from us for a week of fun and beauty at the New Jersey (NJ) beach. Magnificent beaches, ocean breezes and sea gulls will await you. You can park your car for the week if you want b/c you can walk to almost everything you need. Or, you can drive to Atlantic City for gambling or international entertainment at night. Both cities have a boardwalk and all the water sports you can imagine. You will love Ocean City. It was rated last year as the Number One Family Resort.
