Niguel Beach Terrace is located between Laguna Beach and Dana Point Harbor in the California Riviera, and is on the ocean side of Pacific Coast Highway in the Monarch Beach area. An easy walk to Starbucks, the Ritz Carlton, St. Regis Resort, public library, and a commercial center. Ocean view from the living room, guest bedroom and one of the large patios. With a southwesterly exposure there is morning sun on the east patio and afternoon sun on the west patio. A bright, light and cheerful end unit everything is new in the Lighthouse from baseboards, registers, fans, appliances, tile, countertops in kitchen, appliances and carpeting. Tom and Vonne Barnes are the well-traveled (87 countries) owner/managers of the Lighthouse who have used their knowledge and experience to create an ideal destination vacation. Their credo is like pitching coins into the Trevi Fountain in Rome once you experience a stay at the Lighthouse you will return for another visit in the future. All locations are not alike and the Lighthouse is located in the best location in Niguel Beach Terrace: a quiet area on greenbelts; does not face the parking lot as many units do; is off the street of Selva; and is closest to the beach. A fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances features a microwave, ice-maker, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock- pot, espresso machine, waffle maker, dishes, silverware and pots and pans. Cooled by ocean breezes and 52' Hunter ceiling fans in the living room, both bedrooms and the dining room, the Lighthouse has a mild, temperate climate all year around. Three new flat screen (a 42' and two 37' cable televisions each with DVD/VCR player with one TV featuring high definition (HD) and a DVR (Tivo) recording function enable all guests to enjoy the programs of their choice from the living room and both bedrooms. The master suite features an office area with an antique cherry wood desk, a new computer and high-speed cable internet (broadband). The extra long twin beds (can be made into a king by request) in the guest bedroom, which is large enough to be a second master bedroom. A queen size pull out sofa bed in the living room can accommodate up to two extra guests.
For your convenience and comfort the following are provided - Washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board; Four cherry wood suitcase stands; Fine linens and plush towels; Six beach towels and a beach umbrella; Four beach chairs and two Boogie boards; Two beach coolers; Two hair dryers; Selected DVDs and VCRs; Library stocked with books; Reserved covered parking space #24 and guest parking is available in the complex and on Selva road. A pool and spa are a short walk away with another spa closer to the Lighthouse. Weekly vacation rental rates are from 4:00 PM Saturday until 11:00 AM the following Saturday: Absolutely No Smoking and No Pets
