Santa Fe townhome Rental Property Information

2,100 square foot home located 0.8 mile North of the Plaza. Attractive, colorfully-decorated three bedroom, two bath home with central air conditioning within walking distance of the Plaza. This home is situated to take full advantage of outdoor living. There is a large patio which wraps completely around from the dining room to the bedrooms. Our home is next to an acre of green belt giving a feeling of wilderness and privacy. The Chef's kitchen is fully equipped, including an under-counter wine cooler, and adjacent sunny (South facing) breakfast room. There are two large bedrooms (both with TVs and King beds) on the main floor, both have sliding glass doors leading to a secluded patio area to enjoy your morning coffee. The third bedroom, on a lower floor (with two twin beds) is the perfect 'entertainment' center, with TV/DVD, high speed cable internet connection, with both direct connection to your computer or wireless. Living room with kiva and with a balcony facing Santa Fe.

Located less than 1 mile North of the Plaza. The main living room, with kiva fireplace, faces South with great views of the Sandia, Ortiz and Cerrillos mountains and at night, a city lights view. There is a retractable awning on the front balcony which provides day-time shade. The lucky people who are here during the Zozobra festival in September will have a birds eye view of the fireworks and burning of old man gloom in Fort Marcy Park, just down the hill.
