It is free. 2 - There is an HP multifunction printer and various desk accessories in place for a small office desk setup. It is relatively easy to use. 3 - The washer and dryer are located in a small laundromat style building in the parking lot - it is about 100 yards from the unit. It is certainly close, easy to use, but not inside.
