Dry Cove Cottage is situated in a grassy clearing surrounded by towering alders and fir trees, located in the quiet, beautiful woods of Maine. Dry Cove Cottage is a four seasons, weekly rental. Our cottage accommodates up to seven people. Inside there are two bedrooms and one bath, with one large pull out sofa. In the master bedroom is a queen size bed. In the second bedroom there is an adult size bunk bed and a single twin size bed. The Kitchen is fully furnished. We have provided everything you will need for your cooking needs. The breath taking beautiful coast offers sea kayaking, sailing, whale watching, and sea duck hunting. The many rivers, lakes, streams and ponds will appeal to all types of anglers, from the experienced to the novice. The Atlantic and landlocked salmon, lake trout, whitefish, brook trout, and small mouth bass fishing provides the perfect excuse to get away from it all. These waterways are not only for fishing. They offer unlimited recreational opportunities for the entire family.

Kayaking is very popular on Deer Isle, because of the outstanding views and for the many coves and inlets to explore. Exploring the rocky coast line, deserted islands and granite quarries while kayaking is very fun and popular. This picture to the left was taken with a guide service.
