During the warmer months you can enjoy free live concerts, amusement park style rides, bumper boats, or an old fashioned paddle boat tour of the lake, all from down town. The lake is private so it’s never too busy. The property is minutes away from Ski resorts, horse back riding, sledding and great restaurants.

Property The home is located approximately three miles from the Village Center, near Cedar Glenn. The Cul-De-Sac location assures you a tranquil nights sleep. The lot is near flat and has plenty of space between the trees to toss a ball or rest on a hammock. In the winter there is just enough of a slope to sled on and plenty of flat space to build a snowman. Three beautiful large decks give everyone an opportunity to get some fresh air and enjoy the sound of the woodpeckers. There are three separate entrances to the main house. The upper level can be used as a studio or a game room which includes a big screen TV, pool table, mini refrigerator and sink. This is a great family gathering room.

Lake Arrowhead Village This location is a great gathering place for friends and family, where they can enjoy shopping, entertainment and food in the village. The local craftsmen have a showcase of their wares along side major outlet stores and restaurants. Go to the other direction from the house and you are at the Lake Arrowhead Marina, Here you can rent a boat or use the local docks for fishing. The rental of the house also gives you access to Tavern Bay, a nice little park and picnic area located right on the lake shore. This is one of the best places to watch the Fireworks on the fourth of July.
