Great Location!! We are 0.1 miles from I-60 and very close to 101 and 202 through which you can reach many attractions in the Valley of the Sun. We are 16.8 miles from Sky Harbor airport; 0.4 miles from Golf-Land, and near many of the area's top golf courses; only a couple of miles from the Chicago Cubs & Angels training camp. Arizona State University is only 15 minutes away where Sun Devils Stadium is hosting ASU Football. It is only a short drive to the beautiful Superstition Mountains and Canyon Lake where speed boat, kayak, and pontoon boat rentals and ‘Steamboat Dolly’ rides are available. Come and enjoy the sunshine state at its finest!

Our rates are a FLAT FEE, no taxes, no mandatory cleaning fees! The booking/security fee is REFUNDED on the DEPARTURE day, if you leave the condo clean and there are no damages.
