State of the art fitness center, spa and golf course available steps from the condo. Tennis, pool, spa is free and steps away, Charging privileges for bar, restaurant, fitness , spa and golf with major credit card. Best Deal: For minimum four month rental, country club membership can be transferred to your name. Then for additional $850/ month you are the club member with unlimited free golf (cart rental extra), tournament participation, guest day participation, free fitness center, locker room etc.

Housekeeping Service Maid service can be arranged at $80 per half day

Golf Information: Golf course is Arnold Palmer signature tract. Water on many holes with beautiful vistas of Santa Rosa Mountains. Five sets of tees insure playability for all levels. Course receives very little play during the week.
