Will allow more than seven guests if there are children - an inflatable, double mattress with linens will be provided.

Property Highlights Property Highlights: across the street from the beach, covered parking (for one vehicle), heated outdoor pool, outdoor spa tub by pool, clubhouse with workout rooms; two shuffleboard courts, two tennis courts, basketball hoop, backs to wilderness area with walking paths.

The Area Enjoy one of nature’s greatest attractions - the free beaches of New Smyrna. Our beaches are less crowded and more peaceful than most beaches in Florida. On the beaches you can enjoy sunbathing, swimming, surfing, jet skiing, wind surfing, fishing, shell collecting, jogging, etc. The beach is car free on the south end of the island (the beach across from this condo is car free). On the north end of the island, you may drive you vehicles on the beach when tides permit. Ponce Inlet Lighthouse: The lighthouse can be seen from the beach on the north end of the island and is worth the short drive for a visit. This is the tallest lighthouse in Florida and is still in operation today. This area has a very interesting history. There are great places to explore up and down the cost... the oldest city in the US, St. Augustine is a nice day trip to the north.

Central Florida About an hour west is Orlando and the most famous attractions in Florida - the theme parks. Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios are all just over an hour from New Smyrna Beach. To the north of New Smyrna Beach is Daytona and Daytona International Speedway. Just to the south is the Kennedy Space Center and the famous Cocoa Beach area. If you enjoy the outdoors, Central Florida has many state parks that are an easy drive from New Smyrna Beach. And the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge is just a few miles south of the condo.
