Breckenridge condo Rental Property Information

Just Added - High Speed Wireless Internet Access. A perfect location for enjoying all that Breckenridge has to offer. Relax in our condo after a day on the slopes. Enjoy our spacious living room and relax in front of the wood burning fireplace. Sit back select something of interest from the cable offerings or put in a DVD for the whole family to enjoy. Stay in and prepare a dinner in our newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen featuring a granite counter top and all new appliances. The dining table seats 6 with additional room at the counter. A block away is Main Street where Breck’s excellent restaurants are within easy walking distance. Getting to the chairlifts could not be easier. Our condo is located right across from the shuttle bus stop which will take you either to Peak 8 or Peak 9. There are six buses per hour. If you want to warm up, walk a couple of blocks to QuickSilver Super 6 chairlift. When you leave the slopes, ski to the bottom of Four O’clock Run.

Dining room table seats 6, Counter seats 3, 2 Indoor Hot Tubs is just down the hall - For your safety it is maintained daily with a constantly comfortable temperature. Fireplace, Phone, Cable TV in Living Room and Bedrooms, DVD Players, VCR, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Cooking Utensils provided, Linens provided, Washer & Dryer, Hot Tub (shared), Underground and outside parking, Swimming Pool. Sleeping Sleeps six – pick the type of mattress that suits your sleeping needs – Pillow Top for those who like a softer bed or a Plush mattress for those that need a firmer bed. Our bed linens are 100% cotton, 300+ count Master Bedroom has a King Bed, its own bath, TV, DVD Second bedroom has King Bed, TV, DVD, with the bath right next to the bedroom

Skiing Information: Property is ideally located. Take your choice of heading to Peak 8 or 9. The shuttle buses stop right across from the complex with the peak 8 bus taking about 5 minutes and the Peak 9 bus taking 5 minutes to get to the chairlift. While skiing is so convenient, so is the town with Main Street being just a block away. You can easily walk 2 blocks to QuickSilver Super 6 chairlift. When you decide to leave the slopes, ski to the bottom of Four O’clock Run – the condo is a little over a block away. Or ski to the bottom of Lower Lehman Run and walk a couple of blocks back to the condo. If tired, take a shuttle back from Peak 8 or 9 to the drop off location directly across from our condo. While Breck is at you finger tips, Cooper Mountain and Keystone are only about 20 minutes away with Vail just a little farther at about 30 minutes away from the condo.
