A Deposit of 50% the total rental is due within 14days of the booking to confirm reservations.(Total rental equals rental rates, hotel tax &security deposit) The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. *We Do Not accept Credit Cards, (cashiers checks or money orders only)*
Security Deposits:Security deposit of $500.00 is required Security/Damage deposits are full refundable provided that there is no breakage, damage or missing items. We make every attempt to refund your money approximately 45 days after your departure.
Check in time is 3:00 pm check out time is 11:00am because it takes several hours for our staff to properly clean and prepare the Villa for newly arriving guests.
Keys: Guests are provided with One set of keys. There is a $100.00 Fee for lost keys or keys Not left in Villa upon Guests departure. Should a guest lock themselves out of the Villa, a minimum $100 fee will be charged for one of our representatives t - Maid Service: Maids are dispatched Before your arrival so that your rental is sparkling clean. We Do Not offer Mid week service.
Cancellations: Off Season: Notice must be received no later than 45 days prior to arrival for a refund of 80% of the payment. Less than 45 days but more than 16days, 50% of the rental is forfeited. Less than 16 days, No refund. If the unit can be rented for the same period, full refund, less the service charge will be made.
Peak Season: No Refunds will be made for cancellations between Dec. 15, and April15, unless property can be re-rented for the same period. If the property can be rented under these conditions, 80%of the payment made will be refunded. On Island manager is Marsha Benson from Island Villas, Either her or an associate meets you to guide you to your villa. Marsha Benson handles all transactions for Pineapple Villa.

Last Minute Bookings Bookings made less than 45 days prior to arrival are considered last minute bookings. A money order, certified bank check or travelers check must be sent via US Postal Service Express Mail. We Do Not Accept Personal Checks On Last Minute Bookings. DBA Island Villas, its employees, subagents, representatives and hold them harmless from and against any claim, loss or damage cost or expense (including reasonable attorney's fee) to persons or property, however caused which occurs on or about the accommodation or in connection with travel thereto or therefrom. Car Rental We Suggest that a car be rented as our taxis do not cover the entire island on a regular basis. We Drive on the Left side of the road as in the united kingdom. You will find it easy to adjust by driving slowly and proceeding with caution.
