Port St. Lucie house Rental Property Information

Beautiful Florida home with 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and a 2 car garage. There is a King size bed in 2 of the bedrooms and a Queen in the third bedroom. Kitchen comes complete with all pots and pans, silverware, glasses and plates. There are linens for all the beds and bathrooms and cable TV in all bedrooms and the living room. There are cleaning supplies, 3 telephones and an alarm System. All you need is your personal belongings. The garden is beautifully maintained with a sprinkler system. The home is surrounded by beautiful plants and fruit trees. There is a large heated pool & a 5 seat therapeutic heated jacuzzi which are both now fully screened and can be seen from all main living areas. Internet access, and if required, a baby crib is available. Outside there is a gas BBQ and by the pool there is comfortable patio furniture. Small dogs are permitted. Minutes to the ocean and there are 5 golf courses within 5 miles of the house. This is an ideal place to come and relax

We are 10 minutes away from the beach where you can swim, fish or go boating. There is a mall 3 miles from the house and there are 3 golf courses with 2 miles. There are lots of restaurants, shopping and parks to visit. There are walking and rollerblading lanes on the local roads. There is a theater in the neighboring town--so much to do!

There are telephones throughout the house that have local access and along with a security system. There is pool and lawn maintenance weekly and garbage pick up 2 times a week. There are automatic sprinklers that will come on daily. There is a clothes washer and dryer on premise. Both the pool and the hot tub are heated and there are lights for outside if you should choose to swim at night. There is nothing for you to do, other than to enjoy yourself!
