Stone fireplaces in living room and billiards room. Billiards room has pool table, multimedia center, X-Box, PC center, wireless internet, electronic darts, bar with fridge. Electric heat - each room can be set to its own comfortable temperature. Sun deck, 30 foot dock, and swimming dock located at lake edge and are reached directly via stairs from house. Private picnic point in this area, as well as private sandy beach within walking distance. Plenty of depth at dock for power boat. Mooring whips installed. Canoe, Paddle Boat and life jackets provided.
