This clean cute cottage is located in a canal community one block west of Harpoon Hannas Restaurant on Delaware Rt 54. Water access to Assawoman Bay just blocks away. Just 1/2 Mile to Maryland and Delawaree beach. Delaware Fenwick Island state park is just a few minutes ride up coastal highway. Tax free shopping in Delaware at the local shops, as well as the outlets in Rehoboth, will make for great shopping and savings opportunities. Water park, golfing, miniature golfing antique shops, go carts, sailing and surf fishing. Lots of Restaurant. This cottage is just the right place for a getaway. Cottage has been renovated to feature modern kitchen and bath and can sleep a family of 5 comfortably. Off street parking.

CHECK IN / OUT Check In is After 3:00 pm, Check Out is Before 11:00 am, Weekly Rentals Rates are from Saturday to Saturday. Weekend Rental Rates are for Friday night Saturday night and Sunday night ( If available) 3 night stay. Additional night stay are not part of the weekly stay and are not guaranteed up to the day of departure. Weekly rentals have the priority booking over weekend or extra night stays. Deposit and Cleaning Fees apply to all Rentals.

What do you need to bring Bedding linens- Sheets, Blankets and Pillows, 1 Queen, 1 Full and 1 Single. Queen sofa bed. Bathroom towels, wash clothes, soap and shampoo, toilet paper and tissues. Kitchen dish and dishwasher detergent and paper towels/napkins. Mr coffee # 2 filters for drip coffee machine. DVD movies will play on play station 2 or watch satellite TV. Laundry detergent and softener, Washer and Dry on site.

No Smoking, No Pets This home is for all to enjoy so we ask that you do not smoke inside or near the building. If you do smoke please do not throw the used filters on the ground Anywhere but the trash. They end up in the bay or ocean. We love Pets too but they tend to mark their territory. Please make other arrangement for your pets . We will ask you to sign a deposit surrender if the property has in fact been smoked in or pets have stayed.
