The siting of the home takes full advantage of these views with its abundant use of glass and spacious open design. You can see four complete holes of the Telluride Golf Course, tee to green, as well as a major portion of the Telluride Ski Area, from the Gondola to Gold Hill. With over 300 days of sunshine on average per year in Telluride, you will enjoy long sunny days (the house faces south) and spectacular sunsets from the living room. This home is truly a sport-person's retreat with the ski area only a few blocks away, the golf course right next door, a Home-Owner Association's private tennis court about 200-feet away, and cross country ski trail outside the back door.

Sport Person's Heaven This home is truly a sport-person's retreat with the ski area only a few blocks away, the golf course right next door, a Home-Owner Association's private tennis court about 200-feet away, and lots of mountain biking and cross country ski trails out your back door. Within the home is a large athletic room that includes a golf driving range, a tennis practice area, and Ping-Pong table. The family room includes a beautiful 8-½ foot Olhausen pool table and gas-burning fireplace. There is a large indoor jetted hot tub, one 7 person outdoor hot tub, three showers, two are steam showers, and a professional massage table. There is a great area for snow sledding outside our back door. In the common area just a few feet outside our front door is a tennis court and basketball court.

Top of the Line Kitchen Caterers love the huge kitchen that includes: -two full-sized Dacor convection ovens; -a six foot wide cook-top with 6-18,000 BTU gas burners and an indoor Thermadore double grill with 36,000 BTU of cooking power; -two large kitchen islands: the food preparation island (measures 30 inches x 87 inches) has its own sink, microwave, and Asko dishwasher; the cleanup island (measures 42 inches x 87 inches) has a large double sink and Also dishwasher; - side by side full-sized Subzero refrigerator and freezer, with approximately 40 cubic feet of cold storage with icemaker; (there are two more Subzero under-counter refrigerator/freezer combos with icemakers in the living room and family room wet bar areas); - a beautifully designed and custom-built 12-foot wide chandelier fully illuminates all areas of the kitchen; -2 large Sharp carousel microwave ovens; - a huge double door pantry -large outdoor grill on deck just outside of kitchen

Family Reunions/Corporate Retreats/Weddings Many businesses hold corporate retreats and business meetings in this spectacular mountain setting. With it's large dining room table that can serve as 16-seat conference table, and octagonal living room with surrounding built-in benches and furniture, it makes a perfect place to gather for meetings. This is a very popular home to hold weddings and receptions because of it's spectacular views and open, unique floor plan. Wedding parties of up to 100 guests have been held here. The kitchen is a perfect set-up for caterers. Countless family reunions are held at this popular rental because it is an ideal place for children and adults alike. The huge sport's room entertains children (and adults) for hours. Snow sledding outside our back door is a blast for children. Wild life such as elk, deer, etc. hang out right outside our backdoor. For animal lovers, this is the perfect lookout for you.

Skiing Information: Telluride is constantly ranked as one of the top ski areas in the world. People come from all over the globe to enjoy these spectacular views and amazing ski slopes.

Golf Information: Over 1900 square feet of decks and patios wrap-around the sunny side bring the outdoors into the home. You can see four complete holes of the Telluride Golf Course, tee to green, as well as a major portion of the Telluride Ski Area, from the Gondola to Gold Hill. With over 300 days of sunshine on average per year in Telluride, you will enjoy long sunny days and spectacular sunsets. The deck is the perfect place to watch golfers and has it's own putting green surface complete with putting holes. If you want to practice your swing, we have a practice golf range downstairs.
