Kiawah Island villa Rental Property Information

Duneside - you can't get any closer to the beach on Kiawah Island! This four and a half bedroom luxury villa was lavishly remodeled in 2005, with heart of pine floors, bead board wainscoting, marble counter tops and quarry tiled bathrooms. Every bathroom is custom designed with sculpted basins and brass fixtures. The master suite has a stunning ocean view, and includes a bathroom suite with a shower/steam room. Four of the five bedrooms have full bathroom and TV/ DVD player. The living room/ dining room/ kitchen complex is open, airy, and overlooks the beach. It features a balcony from which you can enjoy an aperitif while watching the moon rise over the ocean. The living room features a sophisticated entertainment center with surround sound. So does the Master suite. Duneside features a fully equipped designer kitchen with every modern convenience. Our guests have pool access, which many private rental units do not. The neighborhood pool is just 100 yards down the street.

    If canceled inside of 30 days, no refund, unless the renting party finds a replacement rental, then refund equal to amount new renters pay (less deposit).
