Rental Rates for the villa in the Dominican Republic
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates in US Dollars Per Person, based on double occupancy, 4 day minimum stay

Balance is due 90 days prior to arrival or reservation will be canceled and deposit shall be non-refundable. Cancellation charges are 10% of the total rental period rate if cancellation is made 90 days prior to arrival, 50% if cancellation is made between 60-89 days prior to arrival and there is no refund if cancellation is made within 60 days of your arrival.

| Notes: | The villa is totally private and includes your maid for 8 hours per day. She can cook for you, as well as do your laundry...so there is no need to take too many change of clothing. Your private beach is cleaned daily, as well as your hot tub and pool. The pool is an infinity pool (negative edge) with swim up stools. The pool is a 5ft pool, therefore, No Diving. The unique rooftop hot tub is heated directly from a dedicated boiler all located on the roof. We also provide 24hour security guards within our gated courtyard and they make rounds every 30 minutes. Cabarete is a very safe place, in fact, none of our guests have ever been the victim of any crime, including petty crime. Perfect for families and for those seeking a romantic getaway in luxury and privacy. |

Villa Rosada Location and Atmosphere The owners have designed and furnished Villa Rosada with all the amenities they would expect for their own vacation comfort as well as yours. This includes, but its not limited to full air conditioning on both floors, including individual settings for each bedroom, and back-up of both electrical and water supply. Located just 20 minutes east of the Puerto Plata Airport, Villa Rosada is located in the beach town of Cabarete within a gated and secure court of 4 luxury homes. Beach Front on an expansive secluded beach, Villa Rosada is near the downtown of Cabarete, as well as the police station, pharmacy, banks, grocery stores and restaurants. Once you enter the gates of our stone laid courtyard, your new luxury vacation villa will be just steps away. The soft pastel pink and white color of Villa Rosada will make you realize that you are about to begin your Caribbean vacation in a real Caribbean tranquil atmosphere, but the modern architecture with glass block walls.
Inside Villa Rosada From the moment you step into Villa Rosada, you will be struck by the elegant and spacious open floor plan of the entryway, dining room and kitchen area. However, you will be awestruck by the rock-wall waterfall on your right whose waters gently flow into a pool of shells and exotic fish shared with the rock-wall waterfall located in the living room. On your left, two large mahogany windows allow for a full view of beach and outside tea room. The interior incorporates dramatic open spaces, majestic marble floors throughout, and high ceiling fans. Air conditioning in the living room, TV/DVD room, and each bedroom, with ceiling fans as well as comfortable ocean cross breezes are your choice to keep your Casa cool. Your dining area, located between the kitchen and entryway, embraces a circular table, with eight (8) complete place settings and wine glasses.
Inside Villa Rosada This gourmet meal can be whipped up in your fully equipped kitchen, by you OR your maid, complete with cookware and utensils, stainless steel appliances that include a full size refrigerator, counter gas stove, built-in oven, exhaust fan, and microwave. Other small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster and of course a blender for those fresh mixed drinks and frosties that you so love while living your Caribbean dream vacation. Your living room with elegant and custom built rattan furniture by local artists beckons your call to kick back and relax to the local Bachata band playing on the stereo under the stairs. Or simply enjoy the restful sounds of your second rock-wall waterfall located in the glass block atrium beside you.
